We believe in a whole food, plant predominant approach to healthy eating, using as much local, in-season produce as possible. We believe in using the latest evidence based eating patterns to ensure a balanced diet for our clients.
My Story
With a background in competitive sports spanning over a decade, I've merged my love for athletics with my passion for cooking into a career as a private chef for athletes. My experience in both high-paced restaurant environments and upscale catering has equipped me with the skills to create meals that are as nutritious as they are delicious, tailored to support both performance and recovery.
Holding a certificate from Harvard in creating sustainable eating plans, I focus on meals that promote long-term health and peak physical condition. I specialize in outdoor cooking and barbeque, bringing a vibrant and enjoyable approach to every dish I serve.
